I've seen very useful ballpark figures quoted in recent days on AAM
for kerbing and footpath costs.
I'm doing rough costings on our build and one area I am clueless on
is a rough estimate for laying flagstones (or any other interesting
options) to construct a patio area of approx 750mtr squared.
We have a sunroom on the west annex of the 2 story house.
In the site map the draftsperson has drawn in a conceptual
patio area which would cover a 9.85m x 9.85 m area (minus
the footprint of the sunroom).
Any rough ideas on.
1. What sort of flagstones, outdoor tiles/slates (hmm expensive)
we could put in to make this an amenity area
2. What the rough cost might be for supply & fit.
3. Any recommendations of patio subcontractors who could do this
sort of job at a reasonably keen rate.
