I'm getting an electrician in to move a ceiling light to another position. Any ideas how we can patch up the hole in the ceiling from the original position?
Cut the hole square and then feed a bigger square of spare plaster board (with a nail and string through the middle) up through it. Put some quick drying adhesive around the edges and pull it down by the string to cover the hole. Hold it down till it sets. Next day fill with polyfilla, sand and paint.
