Paste Special on MS Powerpoint

Every 2nd day I have to paste 20 graphs onto a powerpoint presentation - to reduce file size I usually paste special then paste them as pictures. Currently I copy the graph from excel switch to PP, then click on "edit" then "paste specially", is there a keyboard shortcut to save time?
 
Why not take a screen shot of the selected area & paste directly into PP.

If you use a mac you could set up a script in Automator to do all of them - if you use windows then I'm not sure.

Screen shot might work but it could take as much time resizing - I'll give it a try.
