Passive foundation

Hi any one out there , that has experience in design /implementing or being a customer of a passive slab / foundation. I'm keen and like the theory but there are some stories out there that the real-life installation is troubles some at best

yes, what would like to know - as you suggest its attention to detailing in planning and supervision at on-site stage that's important - its not rocket science - the traditional foundation/rising wall construction can be altered to provide the same thermal bridge free results. its all in the detailing, something with which alot of self-builders are currently taking short-cuts on
