My 2 brothers and I are registered owners of lands in a Folio (each of us are tenants in common as to one undivided 1/3 share in the lands). We wish to now divide the land into 3 distinct portions, with each of us owning 1/3 each absolutely. Anybody have any ideas how to do this without incurring Stamp Duty? Am I talking about a Deed of Partition here?
