Parteen, Co Clare - good location or not?

Just wondering whats Parteen like in Clare as a place to live?

Part of it is very near Limerick dump, though - check the exact location.

You can see Clare Co. Co. development maps [broken link removed] (.pdf format). I think the village itself is quite a distance from Limerick city/dump.

(I mean those last two words as separate alternatives, not interchangeable terms... )

Nice area. Passed through many times on my way from Nenagh to Shannon.

Is that the dump in Limerick; or, Limerick the dump?

I'm from Parteen and what was the dump is about 1 1/2 miles away from Parteen and has been closed down for a few years.
