Parrott CK 3100 - how to fix?

Hi all,

My parrott ck 3100 has goodbye stuck on its lcd screen. even when i turned the car off for the weekend, the parrott stayed on all weekend and i cannot get it to work any ideas anyone?
 
sounds like the power cable is connected as a permanent feed, personally I'd get it checked by guys that fit phones /car kits
 
If you have the radio code you could try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting after a few minutes.My parrot stopped pairing with my phone,had a tough job getting it to re-pair.
 
I done exactly that disconnectted the battery its back working again for the time being..
