Park Central, Rockbrook, Sandyford

Hi I'm looking at buying a 2bed apartment in the new development at Rockbrook, beside the luas stop at sandyford. Does anyone have any info on this area?
The asking price is 400,000 Euro for a 2 bed, without parking.

My only concern is that the developer is reputedly having a hard time shifting those apartments. If you move into a half sold block and the developer doesn't cover the service charges for the unsold units, your management company could end up in a lot of (financial) trouble in a year or two. Get a committment in writing from their solicitor that they will cover 100% and then I'd feel a little more confident.
