Hi
I have 28 hour contract - 4 days at 7 hours per day
i now take parental leave at 1 hour per day, so work 4 days 6 hours
as your holiday entitlement is not affected when on parental leave - am i correct in saying that my holiday entitlement is
20 days at 7 hours - ie 140 hours - so if counted in days - as i work 6 hour days would be entitled to take 23 days leave?
or do i still get 20 days at 6 hours?
