Can a parent be officially released as guaranteur on a mortgage after a certain length of time.
im a FTB and my parent is going as a name on the mortgage, mine will be on the deeds.
I am confidnet of making the payements but i want to assure my parent that they will be realsed of this within time... any advice would be welcome.
