We are gettin married in Italy next September and are wondering if anyone knows of an Irish websites that runs through the paperwork involved in getting married there.

Pablo74, we got married in San Silvestro and they did most of the paperwork for us. You must contact the dept of foreign affairs in Ireland and forward birth certs etc. Go to www.weddingsonline.ie and go the discussion forum on weddings abroad and all the info is there.

I second this. There's a thread there called everything rome under one roof and there's really good detail of the paperwork requirements.
