Pansonic TZ3

Hi,
I am looking to buy a new camera, currently have a fuji f450. I am looking for something with a large optical zoom but dont want a large camera! i have seen the panasonic tz-3 with the 10x optical zoom and it looks good... but was just wondering if anyone has it and what the verdict is? i have looked at dpreview etc but would just like someones opinion on this... thanks very much.

Got one recently. Find it very good for my needs (simple to use, good zoom). As the reviews say, there is noise on pictures taken in bad light but I can live with this. I was coming from a basic film camera so the results are still better than what I could get before in most situations.
Someone who is big into photograhpy and messing around with all the various settings probably could not put up with it though.

Sony and Canon have just launched 10x compact sooms. Saw them in www.bestbuy.com last week but have no further details.
