Panel heater or convector heater?

I'm looking for an (inexpensive) but slimline heater that I can put on the wall in our garage/workshop. I've seen one of each - panel and convector - in the Argos catelogue buget/dimensions good but don't know which is more suitable.

I need something that heats a small room (but with no insulation) very quickly but doesn't cost too much to run. I'd be wanting to use the room for 1-2 hours each evening but want heat-up time to be max 10 mins.

panel or convector??!!!

input v. much appreciated!

A small, uninsulated space , heated for 1-2 hours per day? You need something that spreads heat quickly, so something with a ventilator/propellor combined with a high wattage is the solution.
At market stalls they use open gas fires, but that is only suitable if a good air supply is guaranteed. I would opt for a small (1-2.5 kwh) electric spaceheater with a ventilator build in. They cost around €20.-.

Standard small fan heater would be ideal. I have a 3kW one in my workshop, heats the place in a couple of minutes on the coldest days.
