Today I received a demand notice from revenue regarding the PUP.
In 2020, as a self-employed sole-trader, I was in receipt of the PUP.
At this time I also worked as a teacher for three hours a week in a third-level institution.
The amounts earned from teaching were small and I was under the impression that I could earn a given amount in a given period and retain my PUP. (I was teaching online via Zoom at this time.)
Do I have any grounds for appeal or should I just pay the demand?
