This is a wind up surely? You're telling me you read an add in a paper about some Condos in a country that you don't know the first thing about, and now you're going onto an internet forum to see if this is a good investment?
Sorry Howitzer...I am not a novice and was more laziness then anything.
Take 2.....I have been investigating Panama Condos as the yields are double digit and its tax free for 20 years. The Panama government are tempting USA retiree's with a number of incentives and most of the big global Banks have set up there. Has anyone else ben investigating Panama or any other relatively stable Central American markets for investment??
