Pamplona Festival- tips on camping location?

Hi,
heading to Pamplona for 1st time (July 2007). Does anybody know where the best area is for camping ? heard they allow tents in the public park during the festival ?
would welcome any comments on the festival from people that have been there in recent years ?

I was in Pamolona q few years ago (not for the festival) there was a campsite just out of the city centre, it was ok. we couldnt find any other sites in the city.
