painting aluminium window

hi, has anyone done this before.all our back windows are white pvc with one exception.We have a utility room on to the house with a brown aluminium window and it sticks out like a sore thumb.Is there a type of paint i could use to whiten the aluminium frame so they all match up,thanks.
 
You will need an etch primer for this.Try calling MRCB ,specialist paint supplier near Christchurch
 
You can probably get a primer in a good paint shop down there,just make sure its suitable for aluminium-dont worry whether its called etch primer or not.It shouldnt be too hard to get hold of
