I've only found following info regarding P60 form:

My question is if I'm not employed at 31. Dec should I receive P60 form from my last employer in paricular year?

In 2008 tax year if you got a P45 from last employer not entitled to P60.

Must be employed at 31/12/08 to get a P60.
