Hi there
My partner is currently suing his ex-boss for a work related injury. He walked off site a couple of months ago having returned to work after 3 months of being absent because his boss was continually underpaying him. We are under the impression he was trying to push him out as he obviously couldn't fire him without a reason.
Anyway to cut a very long story short having asked for his P45 and having contacted the Revenue who sent his boss a letter requesting it, we still haven't received it. I contacted the revenue again and all they can do is send another letter. Has anyone else experienced this problem before or does anyone know how we can get it sorted??
Thanks
Lilo
