Hi guys. Quick question on Owner-Occupier Relief clawback.. Me and my ex built a house in 2006 but we have subsequently split up and need to sell house. I claimed the Owner-Occupier Relief which I recently received and need to know will there be any clawback of this relief, or is it just a case that the new owner cannot claim Owner-Occupier Relief for the remaining years of the 10 yr period. Can anyone advise..?
 
What owner occupier relief are you talking about? Is it a tax-incentive property?
 
Its the section 23 owner occupier relief under the rural renewal scheme which I think now is no more..
