Health Insurance Overseas Treatment Claim Dispute

Does anyone know if there are
any Advisors who can assist when a dispute arises with a Health Insurer or is it the case that you employ a solicitor?

Hi Brendan,

It does sound a bit strange, but I would wonder if it partly refers to companies using the small print angle, under the transparency aspect. I have heard in the past that some travel insurance companies will baffle claimants with the small print and wriggle their way out of paying smaller claims.

The following statement on the linked page, would possibly lead me to call them and confirm its meaning, if I thought it would help with any potential claim that I might have:
