If a buyer opts to invest in an 'Overseas Property Syndicate' would they lose their First Time Buyers Status in Ireland?
Also, if the foreign purchase is by means by a legal enitity other than a natural person i.e trust or company, would the investor be able to maintain the FTB status in Ireland.
