Overseas Furnishings

Hi all,

I am in Middle of new build and am planning to go oversea to get the furnishing for the house because everything over here is so expensive.
Has anybody done this in the EuroZone and how did it work out?
Are there tax implications i should know about?
If anyone has any good ideas of which countries to go to i am willing to go pretty much anywhere.

taught about this my self recently .was in Spain Costa Del sol some things where a hell of a big difference bath room suits, tiles ,kittens ,and not only that there a Little different to over here .hire a large van take a drive down make it a road trip come break away save a few grand
 
I am not sure if you will save a lot by sourcing the furniture overseas but if you want to get companies to provide shipping I can recommend a number. Just PM me the details.

If I was bringing in Furniture from overseas I would only go for solid wood material as with fabrics and foams some suppliers may not comply with the necessary fire regulations in the UK and Ireland.
