We have been overpaying our Mortgage monthly for the last 2 years and continuing to do so but Ulster Bank will not give us confirmation to show how it has affected our term even though I have pointed out to them on their website it states you can reduce your term by overpaying monthly or lump sums, there complaints dept. are stating they cant change this in writing to me! Where do I go from here?
