Overpaying a mortgage with Haven

Is anyone overpaying their mortgage with Haven? Do you do it through your mortgage intermediary or directly with Haven? Can you see your account with them online like others do?
 
I did this last month, had to scan an instruction letter in and e-mail it directly to Haven. About two weeks later they send you a confirmation letter showing how long you have left to pay off the mortgage.
