Overpaid in error

I'm with Aib and last night went to transfer an amount between my current accounts. I incorrectly paid the money off my mortgage instead. I'm wondering will the transaction be able to be reversed? I'm not in arrears on my mortgage. I tried ringing helpline but they said home mortgages deal with it and they closed till Tuesday.
