Overhauling House Alarm

I've just had new windows and doors fitted, with a resulting need to replace/renew all the sensors. The alarm was working fine for fifteen years (apart from s slightly worn keypad) prior to this. I have contacted my original alarm fitter and he has quoted me E560 for new sensors and tidying up the wires and another E560 for a new keyboard panel. I thought that was a it expensive, he also said it would take a day and a bit to do. I have 12 windows and two doors. Any opinions?

For that money he should be replacing the entire system, may be what he has in mind anyway.
