Overcharged on east link

I used my shiny new eflow tag this morning on the east link and was charged €4.95 in the easy pass lane.The charge for my van is €2.50 so I was charged the HGV rate.Somewhere on a database my tag is registered wrongly but does anyone know who's?Is it nra,ntr,eflow,easypass,dept of transport or other?eflow who I have the tag from were useless and I am awaiting a callback from a supervisor.The tag works correctly on m50

Have a look at this for some of the increases for the M50 and vehicles between 2 and 3 tonnes. Could this have applied to the east link also?

Van is only 1700Kg so no price rises apply
