Has anyone experience with Equity Release Plans for the over 65's? I am aware that the mortgage depot has a plan for over 65's however I was wondering if there were any other institutions that were offering a yearly equity release plan rather than a lump sum equity release on property for the over 65's?
Has anyone had experience with releasing equity on their homes over a yearly basis rather than receiving one lump sum.
