Over 65 paying dirt. Not paying PRSI, will 4% apply to me

I am over 66 and paying dirt on my deposit interest as my wife and I have an annual income over the limit for dirt exemption.
We do not pay PRSI at all. Will we in 2014 have to pay this 4% PRSI?

Over 65s don't pay PRSI on any income so no.

PRSI exception ARF Distribution

I believe there is one exception where over 65 pay PRSI. If you have an ARF and are in receipt of a distribution/income from the ARF you are charged PRSI until you are over 66.
