Outstanding expenses owed by company

Hi

I work for a company in the West in sales and the company is in some financial difficulty. They owe me several thousand in backdated business expenses going back since Xmas 08. What recourse do I have and where should I go for advice ?

Have you been chasing the company for payment? Have they given you any reason for not paying?

I dont think you really have any resources except to keep the pressure on.

Have you anything as collaterol, car, laptop etc. Go stand in the accounts office til you get paid. Ask other staff if they are in the same position.
