the company i work for are outsourcing 83 warehouse/transport jobs and retaining 200 office positions do we have any legal right to keep our jobs or be entitled to a position with the new agent and retain our terms and conditions.
Empathise with you- but expect company has reasons for outsourcing- and one of them may be a cheaper option to get a different company to do you job- so hard to imagine 'new' workers will get same terms/ conditions- lots of people nowadays will be more than willing to work for 9euro/ hour

I dont know the answer to whether the new company have to take you on, or whether uour current employer can lay you off and not transfer your job to the new company.
