Hi,
I know of a transatlantic company who are about to hire some staff here in Ireland as remote workers. They don't have a legal presence here and therefore need to find an Irish company who will set up and manage the payroll and benefits of their future Irish employees.
They have found plenty of companies who provide a payroll outsourcing service but none yet that will actually set up a pension scheme and health & life insurance schemes. Is there such a service available here to foreign companies who wish to employee Irish staff? Or where would I find this info? Enterprise Ireland? IDA?
