Outlook express and changing ISP.

How do I get outlook express to work with utv internet and my new e-mail address .

Tools -> Accounts... -> Add -> Mail...

and configure a new account using the appropriate UTV email account credentials (email address, password) and server details (protocol - POP3/IMAP4, incoming POP3/IMAP4 and outgoing SMTP server names).
