outfit destroyed in dry cleaners

Left an item into dry cleaners last week, basically silk dress with diamonds, dry cleaners advised I would be cleaning at my own risk.......care label on outfit has "Dry Clean Only" on it.

Dress destroyed - basically diamonds all melted onto material, would I go back to where I bought outfit or would i get contact details for supplier/manufacturer?....outfit only worn once........cost a nice penny.
