21 Please don't discuss medical issues including weight loss

Some of the links in the above posting guideline are out-of-date / no longer in existence. Do you want a volunteer (me) to vet the list contents and perhaps recommend replacements/alternatives? They majority seem to link to some form of web archive for some reason even if the sites themselves are still there and working.
