Other ways to get a new phone

So , i'd like the SE k750i or some other sweet little phone. Do i have to pay full whack at the till or does anybody know of a retailer who would allow you to add the price to your phone bill or some such system??

You can always switch operator and keep your number.

Although I'm not sure when the K750i phone will be available on the street...
