orlando house rental

Can anybody let me know how many weeks per year you can expect to rent your property if you give to a local letting company in orlando. How much you should expect per week, any other advice that may help.

I have some friends who had a house in Orlando, but have since sold it. They tried to rent it out through an agency for several years and had a very hard time getting renters in. It was a very nice house with a pool and not very far from all the attractions. With the massive oversupply of hotel rooms and houses in Orlando, how many weeks do you realistically think you could rent it out for? Best of luck.

Most of the short term rental in and around Orlando is hotel based. Long lets are usually made for winter months to the "snow geese" -- the ultra white skinned Canadian senior citizens who never otherwise see the sun and who move south for the winter.

If you want long lets in Florida, you need to be tapping into this market.
