Orient Apartments Budapest

Has anyone purchased one of these apartments in Budapest? Has anyone seen the site? I booked one as far back as 2004, but they are way behind schedule.

Does the location seem like a good spot for renting? They are supposed to be finished early next year. Does 80000 euro seem like a ridiculous price to have paid for a 5th floor 50m apartment in an aparthotel complex at that location.

There seem to be plenty of Budapest experts out there.

In 2004 that would have been a little pricey me thinks ..... but I dont know anything about the development so perhaps it is something special? Probably about the right money - if purchased for last year / this year.
