Ordering Furniture from Homebase

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if any of ye ordered a suit of furniture from Homebase before and what are your experiences with them?.

I was looking around at the usual shops - Reid and Land of Leather and while they have a good sellection of suits I generally didnt like them what they had on offer and attiute of some of the staff was crap. I saw a lovely 3+2 suit in the homebase catalogue for E1500 (top of the range leather). What ye think?

We bought table and chairs from Homebase in Drogheda, no problems with either the items or delivery.

You should check out their 10% off week-ends that they hold regularly - looks like you just missed one. They will usually let you know in the store when the next one is.

They are part of the Argos Group and their delivery charge (€30.00) is refundable AFAIK. Never bought anything from them.

If you run the search option I think there are a few other threads on Homebase.
