Opinions on Bunbury Gate - Swords

hi all! we are house hunting around the Swords area (3 bed semi ideally) and have spotted a nice place in this estate - Bunbury Gate Crescent. It's in the newer part of Swords. Are any of ye familiar with it or have an opinion on the estate/area/transport into town etc?

All views would be greatly appreciated!

Bunbury

Bunbury Gate is a really nice estate in that part of swords. It is one of the last estates in swords that just has 3 and 4 bed houses. I know a few people who live there and they love it. It is quiet with mainly families living there. Their are also no management fees to worry about so i would defilatly recommend it.

thanks for that Jose1. All sounds good. We just need them to get started on Metro North (they tell me the terminus will be 2 minutes away!!!) and we're laughing.

I presume thats 2 minutes by car ? Certainly not walking !

Anyway, the terminus will be about 10mins away by car at peak times. Still not bad ...
