Opinion on development in Dublin?

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about The Island in Chapelizod (apartment development in the village)? It looks like a nice development.
Are management fees expensive? Do the management company do a good job? Any advice would be great.

Hi

The management fees are approx 1300 for a one bed + 200 per car space.

The fees are calculated on no of bedroom. I think a 2 bed is 1500.

Management co do a good job. Whole site is kept looking well.

Thanks Steelblue, I agree they seem to do a good job. Didn't realise about the carpark fee also. Cumulatively it all adds up when it has to be paid every year.

Please post these type of questions in either property investments of Mortgages and Home buying. LLL is a forum for discussing what an area is like in general ti live in.
