Am I the only person who thought the diet and exercise programme on Operation Transformation was very strict? I know it was only for a few weeks but it put me right off. The "experts" almost seemed to take pleasure in putting down the leaders and one man was actually sick from overdoing the exercises!
I am about 20 lbs overwieght but this didn't help, I wonder how many will relaspe and put back on the weight?
