I'm starting a new job and I'm going to have the opportunity to save some money. When I've saved enough money I plan to go to Norway to study. Problem is, with the euro in decline, I'd like to convert my money to NOK straight away and save it for Norway rather than risk converting a weakened euro (assuming it goes this way) in 16 months time. Is there anyway I can get an account in NOK?
