opening a non resident saving account without having to send your DNA

i would like to open a non resident saving account but not with the inb, i have bank statment and household insurance policy, i am living in a third world country so household bills in english are zero.??? which bank in ireland is the less hassle, ie paper work,?? mellew

Most of the banking rules wrt opening a bank account are to obey the anti-money laundering laws in Ireland. You are not going to find a bank willing to open an account without the required paperwork.

You refer to inb in your post. Can you explain what this is ?
