Hi all,
in brief, my mum purchased a baby carrier cover from 'Wisey' in January.

Her card was charged. She did not receive a dispatch notice.

Despite numerous emails (again today) and phonecalls (office number is not in use, mobile number never answers, voicemail and no calls returned) they have failed to acknowledge ANY response.

I contacted the website as a new customer yesterday and they responded to my enquiry within 3 hours so are still operating but obviously ignoring our requests.

My mum did not notice at the time that the 'company' was located in Israel - impressive website which she took at face value unfortunately.

I have advised her to contact her credit card company to see if they can refund the card but I am shocked at this blatant disregard. The 'company' have a Facebook page with an online link to their shop. You cannot however post comment or contact them via there.

I am well experienced shopping online and have to admit that I would have purchased from them in confidence after seeing their website

Is there a body I can report them to? I dont want them to get away without even an acknowledgement to the order, money taken and hassle involved.

I would really appreciate all advice and all avenues that I can contact to warn people from dealing with this crowd. Thanks!

If you 'like' their facebook page you will be able to 'post on their wall'.

Do this, detail your full issue and include any order references but be aware this will be a public post so don't include any contact details (make it clear they have these vis your order reference). Ask them to contact you immediately to resolve the issue and also email them on the address you made a sales enquiry to tell them you have posted on their FB page and expect a response. If they remove your post without response just re-post it until you have an answer.

Alternatively, if you can't be bothered with this, just contact your card company to get the money refunded.

Get your Mom to ring the Credit Card company and do a "charge back", should not be a problem
