Online Purchase- Entitled to refund?

I purchased an online store/digital delivery software from an online store, but have since discovered it will not work with my server. I have tried to contact their support for help (with no reply), and have asked for a refund (again with no reply). There are no T&Cs on their website regarding this. What rights do I have?

Its hardly their fault that you bought a product not suited to your server. I dont think they're under any obligation to refund you.

If so, then you have grounds for complaint, if not, you're out of luck.
