Ring them or mail them to ask why they didnt ask for this when you were depositing and youre withdrawing to the same card?
I 'chatted' to one of their customer service agents on their 24/7 online chat. Like talking to the wall the wall to be honest. I have sent an e-mail to them a week back and to date have had no reply. I'm going to pay a fee to Western Union and close out my a/c. I've also posted a thread on one of their affiliated poker sites outlining my experience. Judging by the amount of posts in reply to the thread, they'd have been better of paying me off - as my experience has put off an awful lot of people who were thinking of opening an A/C
