Ordered an item online which was advertised considerably cheaper than normal price. Completed process, got order summary and which advised the order would be here within 48 hours (free delivery). Amount of purchase debited from my account. Confirmation email received.
Almost immediately after purchase, item was showing as out of stock on website and 48 hours later, no sign of my delivery. Order number showing up as invalid on their delivery tracking.
Before I ring to query order's whereabouts, where do I stand from a consumer rights POV?
