Online employee benefits scheme ?

My company has set up a great place to work team and they're looking for ideas.
I thought one handy perk which would be easy to set up would be a discount scheme for staff
Where they can get discounts for online shopping at participating retailers

Anyone know of companies offering this service in Ireland ?
